Spring has arrived and the weather is warming up we are looking forward to the longer days to come. We have our new menu starting this week, on the menu we have a house made terrine, spanner crab and lamb rib to start, we are then showcasing on our main, venison done two ways, with a rack and braised shoulder, followed by apple clafoutis and house-made ice-cream.
